Delivery and shipping
As soon as we receive your order, we will start working on it. We ship packages as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days, depending on the destination country, by Slovak Post, DPD and DHL.
Information about shipment with tracking number will be sent on email after the expedition. Registered users are able to see the actual status of the order as well as tracking number in their customer zone after log in.
If you wish to deliver the package to a country other than our offer, write to us before ordering, we will agree on the method of transport and the price together.
